Add-On Fees  

Standard Cleaning Package 

• $75 

• Covers standard post-rental cleaning, including exterior wash and interior wipe-down for normal dirt and dust. Ideal for renters who want a hassle-free return. 

• Does not cover:
  Heavy mud, sand, water intrusion, or excessive debris.
  This option is intended to encourage pre-payment and reduce disputes at return. 

Heavy Cleaning / Mud Removal 

• $150–$250 (based on condition) 

• Applied when vehicles are returned excessively dirty. This fee includes the standard cleaning package and additional labor required for deep cleaning. 

• Triggers include (but are not limited to): 

• Mud packed in wheels, suspension, skid plates, or undercarriage 

• Sand or water inside the vehicle 

• Interior caked with dirt or debris 

• Engine bay contamination 

• This fee may be selected during booking or applied after check-in following inspection. 

 Refueling Service (Applied at check-in if needed) 

• $6.00 per gallon 

• Charged if the vehicle is returned without a full fuel tank. 

Late Return Fee (Applied at check-in) 

• $25 per hour late 

• Late fees begin after the return time.  

Security Deposits 

• Off-road vehicles are high-value machines subject to aggressive use. Security deposits are required for all ATV and UTV rentals and are fully refundable when rental terms are met. 

• Deposits help protect against damage, misuse, and policy violations. 

• What May Affect Deposit Refunds 

• Mechanical damage due to misuse or abuse 

• Suspension, drivetrain, or tire damage 

• Excessive cleaning requirements 

• Racing, jumping, or competitive riding 

• Late returns or failure to refuel 

• Deposits are refunded after inspection
